Be Gentle With Yourself

I think we can all use a reminder like this now and again. Take a moment this evening to step back, look at all you've accomplished today, this last week, this last month, or even this last year. It's easy to get caught up in to-do lists and focus on what still needs to be done, but it's important to take a few minutes to give yourself credit for how far you've come. You've got this! The better you become at showing kindness to yourself, the better you become at sharing it with others.
