Signature Gatherings

Starting around $250
Signature Gatherings are designed for hosts who want to bring people together, but don’t want to spend the entire experience managing the details.
Maybe you’re planning a birthday dinner, a slow weekend brunch, a shower, an anniversary, or a simple gathering because you miss sitting around a table with the people you love.
You have the reason to gather. You may just need help bringing the feeling to life.
I create a cohesive atmosphere through intentional styling, layered details, and thoughtfully curated pieces that transform your space into something warm, inviting, and personal. Each gathering is shaped around your story, your season, and the feeling you want your guests to experience.
The focus is not on creating something overdone. It’s on creating a space where you can be fully present with your guests while everything around you feels beautifully considered.

Experience Gatherings are designed for moments where the gathering itself is part of the story.

You have the idea. I help shape the atmosphere, details, and flow that bring it to life.
Through creative direction, thoughtful styling, and layered design elements, I develop a cohesive experience that considers not only how the space looks, but how guests feel as the gathering unfolds.

These gatherings are approached with care and intention, creating a calm and supportive environment for reflection, memory, and connection.
I design the atmosphere to feel grounded and comforting, incorporating meaningful details that help honor a life and create space for shared presence.
The focus is on creating an environment that feels gentle, respectful, and thoughtfully held.
Includes memorial styling, memory tables or focal displays, candlelight, floral elements, and full setup before guests arrive.
This could look like:

printed memory details or tribute tables
incorporating personal objects, photos, and meaningful details that reflect their life and personality

A Note on What’s Included
Each gathering is thoughtfully designed using a combination of curated styling pieces and your existing home or venue elements where appropriate.
Food, beverage service, staffing, large rentals, and venue booking are not included.
Standard dining ware is typically provided by the client or arranged separately depending on the needs of the gathering.
Additional enhancements such as printed materials, custom details, or expanded styling elements may be added based on your experience.

Working together is designed to feel clear, supported, and easy from the very beginning.
Once you inquire, I’ll review your submission and we’ll begin with a short discovery call to get a sense of your gathering vision, scope, and overall feel. This helps ensure the proposal is thoughtfully tailored to you, rather than one-size-fits-all.
After our call, I’ll share a proposal that reflects your event in detail. If it feels aligned, I’ll send a short agreement and retainer to reserve your date, and we’ll begin shaping the creative direction for your experience.
From there, I’ll guide the planning process so everything feels cohesive, considered, and stress-free — with clear communication at each step along the way.

Creative Design Enhancements

Starting at $50+
These additions are created to bring additional depth, detail, and visual cohesion to your gathering — enhancing the overall atmosphere in a way that feels intentional and aligned with the experience.

Each element is designed as part of the overall experience, rather than standalone decoration.
Because many enhancements involve custom design, sourcing, or production, pricing varies depending on scope and complexity. Production costs are billed separately when applicable.

This is a gentle, unobtrusive approach to capturing the experience as it naturally happens — focused on emotion and atmosphere rather than posed imagery.

Specialty Rentals & Heirloom Pieces
Available as an optional enhancement for select gatherings
For gatherings that call for additional layering, atmosphere, or highly specific visual details, specialty styling pieces may be available beyond standard gathering inclusions.
Available pieces may include antique candleholders, collected vintage vessels, heirloom serving pieces, real silverware, layered textiles, curated cookware such as cast iron and Le Creuset pieces, antique urns, and other thoughtful objects that add warmth, character, and visual richness to the gathering.
For more immersive or experience-centered gatherings, unique vintage and conceptual pieces — such as typewriters, ink wells, collected books, antique strollers, and other storytelling elements — may also be incorporated to help shape the atmosphere and overall experience.
Each piece is selected intentionally to complement the overall atmosphere and creative direction of the gathering.
Because many items are vintage, collected, or one-of-a-kind, availability varies and specialty rentals are quoted separately based on the needs of the gathering.
Memory & Celebration Films
Optional storytelling enhancement

Thoughtfully edited photo and video films created to celebrate a meaningful life moment, relationship, season, or memory.
These films are often shown during gatherings and are designed to feel warm, emotional, and personal rather than overly produced or traditional slideshow presentations.
Films may incorporate:

family memories
voice recordings or spoken tributes
Especially meaningful for:
celebrations of life
weddings and showers
anniversaries
milestone birthdays
retirement gatherings
family celebrations
Each film is approached with an emphasis on emotional tone, storytelling, and atmosphere.
Because editing time and project complexity vary, pricing is based on the amount of content, organization required, and overall scope of the film.
Clients are responsible for providing photos, video clips, written materials, and requested music selections in a reasonably organized format prior to editing. Additional archival organization or extensive revision requests may incur additional fees.
