To keep the work personal, grounded, and creatively sustainable, a limited number of gatherings are accepted each season.

Rather than fully custom planning from scratch each time, gatherings are built from a small number of creative frameworks that allow space for personalization while maintaining a calm and cohesive process.

Share a few details about your gathering through the inquiry form.

2. Vision & Details

We connect briefly to discuss the space, atmosphere, guest count, and overall vision for the experience.

3. Proposal

A tailored proposal is shared outlining scope, styling direction, and investment.

4. Design & Preparation

Details, sourcing, and atmosphere elements are thoughtfully prepared leading up to the gathering.

5. Gathering Day

Setup and styling are completed before guests arrive so the space feels cohesive, welcoming, and fully prepared.

FAQ

Do you provide all décor and styling pieces?

I bring a curated collection of vintage and collected styling elements selected specifically for each gathering. Pieces are intentionally chosen based on the overall design direction rather than offered as an unlimited inventory.

Can you use items I already own?

Absolutely. Personal objects, heirlooms, existing serveware, and meaningful pieces are often incorporated to create a more grounded and personal atmosphere.

Are florals included?

Light floral styling may be included depending on the gathering. Larger floral installations or specialty floral requests may require an additional investment.

Do you provide food or catering?

Food and catering are not included unless specifically discussed as part of the gathering experience.

Are rentals included?

Standard styling elements are included within the gathering framework. Specialty rentals, large furniture pieces, tents, or venue-specific rentals are separate when needed.

How far in advance should I inquire?

Ideally 2–6 weeks in advance depending on the scale and season of the gathering.

What is required to secure a date?

A signed agreement and retainer are required to officially reserve your gathering date.
