Ways We Can Work Together—Consulting, Coaching, & Creative Strategy

A Note Before We Begin

I get it—pioneers, creatives, and visionary thinkers are often the least likely to partner with a coach or consultant. You’re used to figuring things out on your own. You’re smart, resourceful, and deeply intuitive.

But here’s the thing:
Sometimes the very mindset that helped you get this far is the one keeping you stuck.

I know, because I’m wired like you. You like your freedom. You resist formulas. You don’t want to be told what to do. (Same.)

The truth?
Partnering with someone who gets how you work—and can help you translate your ideas into aligned action—can save you months or even years of trial and error.

When the vision is big, having collaboration is not a luxury—it’s leverage. "Iron sharpens iron" Proverbs 27:17

This work is designed to meet you where you are and help you move with more clarity, confidence, and capacity. The time, energy, and momentum you gain will be worth the investment.

I’ve launched many of my own big ideas over the years, and I’m at a stage in my life where it’s just as fulfilling—maybe even more—to help others bring theirs to life. If you’re ready for support that meets you with the same depth you offer, reach out.

Here’s how I can help, depending on where you are right now. Every path is custom—these examples are just a starting point.

Not sure what to call what you need? That's OK—many clients start there.

We'll clarify together. When I have a clear understanding of your needs and project scope, I'll email you pricing options. The choice to move forward is yours; there will be no hard sales. It's essential that we both feel excited about working together. I love what I do, and I want to keep it that way.

When I create a proposal, I consider your business size, needs, and current situation—plus how excited I am about the project. I also offer deferred payment options for those facing career transitions, so working together is accessible and meaningful.

She brings a calm confidence and voice of reason to what for some, may be a stressful or challenging situation.

Denise is without a doubt, one of the best humans I know. She genuinely cares about everyone she encounters and has a way of bringing a positive energy to any situation. She brings a calm confidence and voice of reason to what for some, may be a stressful or challenging situation.

I had the pleasure of being her work partner for almost 2 years with Mathys+Potestio. Denise helped me grow immensely as a recruiter and account manager and gain confidence in myself and my abilities. She is an outstanding talent evaluator who has a knack for identifying the right fit for candidates and genuinely has their best interests at heart.

In addition to excelling as a talent evaluator, she is a creative herself. Her experience as a photographer, designer, etc. brings a credibility to the room when reviewing and advising job seekers.

I know Denise will be successful at whatever she puts her heart and mind into. If you have an opportunity to work with Denise in any capacity, you will be forever grateful that you had the chance to do so.

I discovered through my three years of working with her that she has a gift for accurately interpreting human nature and recognizing what and when something special is needed, independent of medium.

Denise’s creativity expands beyond design; I discovered through my three years of working with her that she has a gift for accurately interpreting human nature and recognizing what and when something special is needed, independent of medium. I’m pleased to give Denise Faddis my highest recommendation.

Those expectations were exceeded, by far!

My expectations were that this would be pretty much the same as any other wellness/cleanse program I have tried minus the obligatory protein shakes.

Those expectations were exceeded, by far! Denise's program encompassed so much about modern life and the expectations placed upon us. The focus is on nurturing, doing what is right for your body, listening to what you need rather than what you think you need to accomplish. The lesson being what you need to accomplish is to nurture your self – not just on a physical level, but a soul level as well.

I deeply enjoyed the focus on women as sisters, and the group sharing that led to deep discussions about our individual yet shared experiences as women. My favorite part of the Lit By the Moon program was the holistic aspect. We learned about hormones, the effects of stress, about the importance of sleep, the effects of environmental pollutants (in our plastics etc).

It's nearly two months out from the program and I am happy to say I am still enjoying the aftereffects. My sleep is better, my diet is clean, I'm still motivated!

My physical health has changed immensely.

I would highly recommend coaching with Denise to anyone. Denise has a way about wellness. She focuses on you, who you are, what your goals are, and how you want to feel. She really takes the time to discover that about you and make you feel important. She also has a great way of helping you make the changes you want to make, in your time and judgement free. I enjoyed the fact that even on the hard days, or when I didn't hit all the goals, Denise just listened and supported and helped guide me. No judgement and that felt really good. Even when she was like a mirror and stated back to me what I had been saying, sometimes it was hard to hear, but her ability to be gentle and show you how to not be hard on yourself is so kind. My physical health has changed immensely, that has been my favorite part. And by physical I mean just GUT health. I have had gut issues for some time and I can't believe how much better I have been feeling. As far as mentally, emotionally, and physical strength, Denise encouraged me to fight for myself and know that I am worth it.

I plan to continue my working on my wellness with Denise past our first 6 sessions. I get so much out of it and really feel loved and supported after each meeting. Not only by her, but loving and supporting myself. And to be honest...I am not good at that, so any program that helps me move towards the best possible me, then how can you go wrong?! Thank you Denise!

Denise is a force multiplier—-she makes the rest of the team even better.

Hiring Denise is a great decision, one for which you will be congratulating yourself for years to come. I am very willing to call you at your convenience, on my dime, to tell you why I believe this so strongly. Employers know that the soft skills and intangibles that cannot be quantified on a resume are in fact the ones that separate ‘gets the job done’ employees from people such as Denise. Beyond the technical competence you no doubt require, Denise brings a superb work ethic, is an expert at juggling multiple projects with aplomb, works well in a team or alone, needs no supervision and only minimal guidance (or none, if you’re in a hurry—-she’ll develop a perfect product on her own). Couple all of that with her outgoing and positive personality, and you’ve the makings for the perfect colleague. Denise is a force multiplier—-she makes the rest of the team even better.

Denise brought her much-valued creative experience to the forefront of every problem and was able to implement resources that helped our organization grow.

I had the pleasure of working with Denise in a start-up environment where things changed often and moved fast. Her tenacity to thoughtfully approach creative operation issues was impressive and I was able to feed off that energy. Denise brought her much-valued creative experience to the forefront of every problem and was able to implement resources that helped our organization grow. Although we worked remotely, I gained valuable skills from her work and her process. I hope to get the chance to work with Denise again.

Highly recommended and a great investment within yourself!

Denise is absolutely amazing in her ability to motivate and coach based on your desires for improvement and accomplishing tasks.

The notes are amazing and help to solidify and quantify what is discussed in session. I like that the notes are clear, succinct, and really help to reiterate what has been accomplished and areas to work on and seek further improvement. The "Discover Your Motivation" tool was very helpful and the insight helped to motivate.

The goals I achieved included: Changes in diet, eating healthier with more fruits and vegetables, both fresh and frozen, dramatically increased water intake, quit smoking cigarettes, increased confidence since I’ve been taking care of myself more and feeling good, and more aware of my behaviors and how they affect my life.

Highly recommended and a great investment within yourself!

Denise truly has a gift.

I loved the concept of SHED. Denise walked us though a program of self examination through the lens of society and what beliefs are our own, which are learned. How can we live more authentically? The experience resonated deeply with me. I can’t wait to share the journal prompts with my daughters! Denise truly has a gift.
