I’ve walked a winding path, through seasons of struggle and triumph, of health challenges, personal growth, and revival over the last 46 years of my life. From 26 years of marriage to navigating multiple careers, I bring my whole self into my bespoke mentorship program. Each chapter has shaped me, each lesson woven into the fabric of who I am today and how I can serve my clients.
In 2020, I became a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Since then, I’ve spent the last five years diving into additional coursework and self-study in areas like Applied Quantum Biology, female physiology, Analytical Psychology, affective science, and theology. My approach is holistic and embodied, bridging the gap between the pragmatic and imaginative, the scientific and spiritual. I live a quiet life with my boys (my husband and my dog), and I love baking and cooking, creating art, listening to music, reading, and spending time in nature.
What sets my mentorship apart is not just my expertise, but the way I show up—curious, humble, and open to the unknown. I draw on my life experiences and a constant beginner’s mindset to offer you the support you need to reclaim your most authentic self. The extreme of anything can eventually become harmful, ultimately becoming a dominating or oppressive position that moves you further away from the benefits you had hoped to gain. In the example of wellness, if we become rigid and extreme in our approach, it can ultimately do us more harm than good.
When we undergo life transformations, our bodies are intimately impacted. Our bodies are designed to heal, to ebb and flow, and to send us signals when change is required of us. However, there is only one you – you've been through an entirely unique group of experiences that can't be replicated, so how could you and your body, mind, and spirit follow any rigid protocols without figuring yourself into the equation? It has to start and end with you in order to liberate true and lasting wellbeing.
What is truly meaningful to you? Meaning directs our most sustainable actions and lasting change, not rigidity, distractions, information overload, or theory without direct and balanced action. It’s been said the opposite of depression is self-expression and that only comes with self-trust.
